Ezra Klein at the Washington Post recently advised Senate Democrats on how to spin the failure of the Super Committee, at the Capitol.
This doesn’t surprise me. Ezra Klein is the same guy who said that the Constitution was “hard to understand because it’s over 100 years old.”
Living in Washington I read his stuff on occasion and he strikes me as one the most statist writers I can think of in mainstream media. The man lives in a bubble. A big annoying, government loving bubble.
Yet as the alternative media becomes more powerful and as the peasants become increasingly restless, we can expect to see the establishment media and establishment political class working even more closely together. That’s just what the Republic needs.
