Ah yes, a big ray of sunshine shines into the dark recesses of the federal bureaucracy. This is great. Of course the feds who live and work around me in the leafy suburbs of Washington are squawking about it.
For those who don’t know, being a federal worker, a taxpayer funded worker, is a good gig. So much so that the wealthiest area of the United States by far is the cluster of suburbs which surround the District of Columbia. Fairfax, Loudoun, and Montgomery Counties are chock-a-block full of people on the GS schedule.
