Pretty much every act of war (which is reported in some way) all on one real-time map. I have no idea of the methodology or of the accuracy. I’m sure it misses a few things – seeing as it covers the entire globe—but this is a site I will be visiting again as things get hotter and hotter in Syria and Iran.
But it tracks low level conflict as well which is particularly interesting.
Somebody sends a powdery substance to the Sydney City Hall? You’ll see it here.
Somebody lobs a Molotov cocktail in a protest in Sucre? You’ll see it here.
It’s pretty amazing and is updated every 400 seconds.
