Puerto Rico Bill Would Usher in the Age of ‘Transparent Cronyism’

Page 24, line 18 of the bill makes it clear: “the Oversight Board may accept, use, and dispose of gifts” and, oh, it has to be done transparently, “All gifts … shall be publicly disclosed by the Oversight Board within 30 days.

So, while the bill allows kickbacks, thank goodness they’re the transparent kind of kickbacks!
