How about just cuts? Government needs to get smaller on net Mr. President.

Conservative budget hawks were sounding alarms Monday. Steve Ellis, vice president of Taxpayers for Common Sense, said eliminating both the EPA and the entire State Department, whose “soft power” diplomatic initiatives supplement military power, would still not pay for Trump’s proposed increase in military spending.
Veronique de Rugy, a senior research fellow at the libertarian Mercatus Center at George Mason University, said the defense budget “is blotted with massive amounts of waste and spending that respond to the military needs of a world that doesn’t exist anymore.”
Without addressing those issues, de Rugy added, Trump’s proposed spending increases may not improve security.
