Polish stand up to the European Union, form human chains along border to “save country”

The Poles have a long tradition of fighting for their country in spite of horrible odds. In the last century they’ve had to suffer the yoke of both the Germans and the Russians. And ‘SUFFER’ is the operative word.

Now they have to fight the European Union for their homeland. A European Union that is dominated by Germany it must be noted.

This is just a personal observation but I’ve known a few people from Poland and I have found them to be some of the most reasonable, most politically clear headed folks around. They don’t play. The Polish plains have been stained with blood and the people of Poland have been oppressed too many times.

And get this, the Germans, I mean the European Union, is so annoyed that the Poles, you know the Poles they’ve subjugated multiple times, have stood up to them that they are throwing a fit. Good thing the Germans…I mean the Europeans, don’t have a standing army huh?*

RESIST!

(From France24.com)

Thousands of Polish Catholics formed human chains on the country’s borders Saturday, begging God “to save Poland and the world” in an event many viewed as a spiritual weapon against the “Islamisation” of Europe.

Reciting “Rosary to the Borders”, they called to be protected from the dangers facing them. The episcopate insisted that it was a purely religious initiative.

The goal was to have as many prayer points as possible along Poland’s 3,511-kilometre (2,200-mile) border with Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Russia and the Baltic Sea.

Fishing boats joined the event on the sea, while kayaks and sailboats formed chains on Polish rivers, local media said.

*It must be noted that there is ethnic nastiness on all sides here and no one has clean hands. But pushing back, and bloodying the nose of the EU is a good thing. The European Union is crony capitalism to the max.
