Rep. Justin Amash slams Mitch McConnell: “This spending proposal is disgusting and reckless”

Congressman Justin Amash is one of the handful of “good guys” in Washington. We are lucky to have him on the Hill. Consider that WE at AC2 News are saying this about a politician.

Boehner hated him. The Chamber of Commerce has tried to take him out. Yet, he still stands, carefully telling it like it is and exposing the system as he can.

He also calls out Trump for his tendency toward expanding government. Trump should NOT be expanding government.

Amash, a staunch fiscal conservative, has consistently argued for spending cuts in all areas funded by the federal government.

The bipartisan legislation would increase military and non-defense spending by $300 billion over the next two years, also adding more than $80 billion in disaster relief. Approximately $160 billion would go to the Pentagon, while $128 billion would go to non-defense programs.
