Michael Cohen Postpones Testimony to Senate Intelligence Committee Again

President Trump’s former longtime lawyer was subpoenaed to testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee on Tuesday, but Lanny Davis, an adviser to Cohen, said Monday the panel agreed to postpone the appearance “due to post-surgery medical needs.”

Just last week, Cohen’s planned testimony before the the House Intelligence Committee was pushed back until Feb. 28. . . . the second instance in which a date had been scrapped
